About us

We are committed to helping Sunday School classes and home groups function at their best. Josh works with adult workers; Missy works with children and preschool workers. It is all about helping groups double every two years or less.

We are Baptist, although we work with a wide variety of denominations. We are members of First Baptist Church, Las Cruces, NM. We work full-time conducting training conferences across the United States.

Another important part of our ministry is writing. Josh writes a weekly e-newsletter that is enjoyed by thousands of subscribers. He also writes four new lessons each week that correspond with Lifeway's curriculum outlines. These lessons consist of about 25 questions each and are designed to get groups talking. Over 2000 lessons are available.
