• Two weekend visits
• One training seminar
• Full community demographics
• Church Health Survey (developed by Thom Rainer and Chuck Lawless)
• Demographics of your area
• Analysis of statistical data of your church
• Church leader interviews
• Building-use survey

You will receive a detailed, written report (approximately 100 pages) along with recommendation steps necessary to double your church. This report will include a plan for doubling your church in five years or less.
