Sunday School Lesson / Bible Study LessonThen one day, when I was in my early twenties, I was sitting in a seminar listening to a highly regarded professional speaker. I made an earthshaking distinction: communication is merely an exchange of information, but connection is an exchange of our humanity. —Get Off Your “But”: How to End Self-Sabotage and Stand Up for Yourself by Sean Stephenson
