Just got this from Bob Mayfield. You won’t want to miss this!

This coming Wednesday, September 5, is our first-ever web conference just for Ministers of Education in Oklahoma. There are probably lots of other state conventions that have done this before for their ME’s, but for us in Oklahoma it is a first.

Just in case you haven’t heard or are curious, here’s what we’re doing. We have 22 video segments that are each about 5-7 minutes in length that have been contributed by 20 educators from around the nation. That’s just over two hours of video!

Then, from 12:00 noon – 1:00 (CST), we have a panel that we are livestreaming. Our panel guests are: Elmer Towns, David Francis, Ben Pritchett, and Allan Taylor. When the panel concludes, we will replay the video segments from 1:00 – 3:00.

Here’s a sample video that we are featuring as part of ME5.

The ME5 web conference is being co-sponsored by the BGCO (Baptist General Convention of Oklahoma) and the OBMEA (Oklahoma Baptist Ministers of Education).

You need to register (registration is free) for ME5. To register, go to www.bgco.org/me5.

All of the videos plus the livestream will be available for download for use in leadership meetings or personal learning.

Log in this Wednesday, September 5 and let’s learn together…
