I can do a site for your church along these lines for $200. The only other additional fee is the annual domain registration fee if you want a domain. (Otherwise, the address would be www.joshhunt.com/yourchurch )

In addition, I would train someone at your church on how to use and maintain a wordpress site. (If want me to do ongoing maintenance, that would be $100 a month. No contract on that; you could quit any time.
