Should we do home groups or Sunday School?

Both.

Sunday School doesn’t compete with home groups. Home groups compete with Wednesday night and Sunday night. If you want home to groups to take off and go mainstream you will need to cancel Sunday night and or Wednesday night. You can keep Sunday School.

People will give you two time slots. Sunday morning and one more. Some people will give you three. If you want do home groups you gotta give up Sunday night and / or Wednesday night.

The best way to do that is to dabble an experiment. That is the subject of another post.
